Batch Processing
Pro 3.0 workflow: the default target-aware production path is Asset Compiler followed by Ship Gate. This page documents an advanced or manual Pro tool that remains available alongside the compiler.
Batch processing runs a recipe across a folder/library of assets. This is where Pro becomes a pipeline tool instead of a button.
Workflow
- Select input folder
- Select recipe
- Select output/export folder
- Run batch
Discipline
- Validate a small subset first
- Keep logs/reports (especially in studio environments)
- Don’t batch with “experimental” settings
