Export Guards

Export guards prevent exporting assets that violate your pipeline rules. They exist to stop bad assets from reaching the engine.

Typical guards

• Scale/unit not validated
• UV stretch beyond threshold
• Density inconsistent for asset class
• Topology hazards present (degenerates, loose elements)

Philosophy

Fail early. It’s cheaper than debugging broken imports downstream.
