Multi-Pass Cleanup
Multi-pass cleanup is how you get stability: you run a sequence of small, controlled cleanups rather than one heavy pass.
What it targets
- Tiny edges and sliver faces
- Pole hotspots (high-valence vertices) that cause shading noise
- Long-thin quads that are hard to edit and deform poorly
Recommended approach
- Start conservative (remove only obvious artifacts)
- Check shading and silhouette
- Increase thresholds gradually only if necessary
