Regions in Pro are used to control where the pipeline is allowed to be aggressive and where it must be conservative.

How Pro uses regions

• Protect: exclude critical areas from aggressive operations
• Focus: areas safe for more aggressive processing
• Transition: prevents abrupt changes near protected zones

If a region strategy works repeatedly, bake it into your recipe flow rather than relying on manual tagging every time.
