This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Anvil Interactive Solutions ("Licensor", contact: anvilinteractivesolutions@gmail.com) governing your use of the Quadify Blender add-on software — including Quadify Base, Quadify Premium, Quadify Pro, and Quadify Ultra — and any associated documentation (collectively, the "Software"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
The Quadify product family comprises four separately licensed editions:
Each edition is licensed separately. Purchase of one edition does not grant access to any other edition. This Agreement applies to whichever edition(s) you have purchased.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable licence fee, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to:
The licence is granted on a per-seat basis unless a multi-seat or enterprise licence has been explicitly agreed in writing with the Licensor.

The Software, including all algorithms, UI elements, ML models, pipeline logic, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Licensor.
Quadify Ultra includes third-party binaries (QuadWild, Instant Meshes) which are subject to their own respective licences. Use of those components is governed by those licences in addition to this Agreement.
Quadify Ultra includes an optional anonymous telemetry system. This feature is off by default and requires your explicit opt-in. When enabled, it transmits only anonymous geometric feature ratios and algorithm outcome data. No mesh geometry, filenames, or personal data is ever transmitted. You may opt out at any time via the Settings panel. Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
The Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its discretion. Updates distributed via the same marketplace listing are covered by this Agreement. Major new editions marketed separately (e.g. upgrading from Quadify Pro to Quadify Ultra) require a separate licence purchase.
Each edition requires a minimum Blender version as specified in its manifest. The Licensor will endeavour to maintain compatibility with supported Blender releases but does not guarantee compatibility with future Blender versions. Quadify Ultra requires Blender 5.0 or newer. Quadify Base, Premium, and Pro require Blender 4.4 or newer.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will produce 100% quad topology on all meshes — conversion rates depend on mesh complexity, manifold integrity, and the edition used. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Licensor's total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable edition of the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. Clauses 4, 8, 9, and 11 shall survive termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is domiciled, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
